Plenty of painters look great on paper. They show up to the estimate on time, say all the right things, and then the project starts — and so do the problems. Late arrivals, skipped prep steps, surprise charges, unanswered texts. It happens constantly, and most homeowners don’t realize it until they’re already mid-project with no good options.
HQ Painting runs differently. Every job starts with a detailed walkthrough so the scope, timeline, and budget are clear before any work begins. What you’re quoted is what you pay. Simple as that.
We want you to love the process just as much as the final coat of paint.
Proper prep, clean edges, and the kind of attention to detail that makes a room look like it was done by someone who actually cared about the outcome.
On time, on schedule, and never leaving you in the dark about what’s happening with your own home.
You’ll know where things stand at every stage of the project. No hunting us down for updates, no vague timelines.
Licensed, insured, and backed by 25+ years in the trade. Your home is in good hands.
A process built around respect for your home, your time, and your budget.
We come out, walk through the project with you, and put together a quote that covers exactly what needs to happen. Nothing vague, nothing left to interpretation.
Your start date is your start date. Once it’s on the calendar, you can count on it, and you’ll always know who to reach if something comes up.
Furniture moved and covered, surfaces cleaned and primed, edges taped tight. The prep work is where most painters cut corners. We don’t.
When the job is done, we walk through every inch of it with you. If something isn’t right, we make it right before we leave.
There’s a big difference between a paint job that looks fine and one that actually looks finished. HQ Painting handles the full range of interior work including living rooms, bedrooms, hallways, ceilings, feature walls, crown molding, baseboards, doors, window trim, built-ins, cabinets, laundry rooms, stairwells, and full basement finishing. Every surface gets cleaned and prepped before paint ever comes out. Whether it’s one room or an entire home, the standard stays the same.
Heber’s winters are brutal, and the summer sun isn’t much kinder. A paint job that isn’t properly prepped and applied won’t last, and redoing it in two years costs a lot more than doing it right the first time. We handle siding, fascia, soffits, trim, window frames, doors, shutters, fences, decks, and garage doors. Every exterior project starts with power washing and a thorough surface assessment before a drop of paint is applied.
Scuffed walls and peeling paint aren’t a good look for any business. HQ Painting works with commercial clients across offices, retail spaces, restaurants, warehouses, medical facilities, lobbies, hallways, conference rooms, restrooms, exterior facades, and parking structures. Scheduling is built around your operations so disruption stays minimal. One suite or an entire building, the approach doesn’t change.
Most garage floors are an afterthought. They don’t have to be. A professional epoxy coating turns stained, cracked concrete into a clean, durable surface that’s easy to maintain and looks genuinely sharp. We cover garage floors, workshop floors, basement floors, utility spaces, and storage areas. Concrete prep is everything with epoxy work, so we grind and prime before anything goes down. The finish comes in a range of colors and textures, and it holds up to daily use the way bare concrete never will.

Can you help me choose the right colors?
Yes, and it makes more of a difference than most people expect. We offer professional color consultations to help your interior or exterior project come together with a cohesive, intentional feel. Right now, projects covering three or more rooms may qualify for a complimentary hour with a local interior designer. Getting the colors right from the start is a lot easier than repainting because something felt off.
Do I need to stay home while you work?
Most clients aren’t home during the project, and that’s completely fine. The crew treats every home the same way whether someone is there or not. If you’d rather be around, we can work with your schedule. Either way, you’ll have a direct contact throughout the entire job.
Will the final price change?
Rarely. The estimate is based on a thorough walkthrough, so it reflects the real scope of work. If something unexpected turns up during prep, like hidden damage or a surface that needs extra work, we’ll walk you through it and get your approval before anything changes. You won’t find a surprise number at the end of the job.
